Castro Valley Open MRI provides a superior level of medical imaging services to help referring physicians deliver the best possible treatment and patient care. Our radiologists pride themselves on providing responsive service to our referring physicians. Reports are generated as soon as images are read. Reports and images are available within 24-48 hours to referring physicians through Castro Valley Open MRI online radiology information and RemotePACS services. Also, patients leave their MRI appointment with a CD of their images for them to bring to their follow-up visit with their physician.
Our professional and caring staff also recognizes when a patient visits our MRI center they may be worried or anxious about their health and the procedure itself. Patient comfort and convenience is paramount as well as sensitivity to each individual patient’s needs.
Castro Valley Open MRI offers patients a convenient location close to the Castro Valley BART with free parking, fast and accommodating scheduling and we accept most insurance plans.

Please call 510-856-4800 to speak to a member of our scheduling staff to schedule your patients MRI exams. The scheduling staff is available Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Let us call your patients! Feel free to fax your patient’s scripts, demographics, and both sides of their insurance card to 949-757-8758. We will call the patient’s insurance carrier to obtain authorization. Once approved, we will contact the patient to schedule their MRI.
